By downloading, installing, using the Yuvaa AI mobile application, accessing our services, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
2. About the service
Yuvaa AI is an AI-powered assistance platform with specialized agents across travel, fitness, astrology, finance, tax, government schemes, medical report understanding, fashion, pregnancy, and newborn care. The service is intended for general informational and educational use and is not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service independently.
- Users aged 13 to 17 may use the service only under parental or guardian supervision.
- You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.
4. User accounts and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
- You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or misuse.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or subscriptions is prohibited.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
All responses, suggestions, plans, recommendations, and outputs generated by Yuvaa AI agents are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
AI content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for using independent judgment and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional.
Medical, health, pregnancy, and newborn information
Health-related content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services or your doctor immediately.
Financial and tax information

6. Subscriptions and payments
- Certain assistants are available only through paid subscriptions.
- Some assistants may be available free of charge and may change over time.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate charges or major technical failure on our side. To request help, contact support@yuvaa.ai.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the service in a way that:
- violates law or these terms
- uses false, misleading, or impersonated information
- attempts to reverse engineer or extract underlying code or models
- uses bots or automation to abuse the service

- uses AI outputs as the sole basis for critical medical, legal, or financial decisions
- resells or commercially exploits the service without permission
9. User-submitted content
When you submit messages, feedback, suggestions, or complaints, you grant us a limited right to use that content to operate, review, and improve the service. You retain ownership of your submitted content.
10. Intellectual property
The app, design, branding, software, agent personas, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Swastik AI Technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

Your use of Yuvaa AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
12. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party providers including Firebase, Razorpay, and AI infrastructure providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Availability and interruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, service updates, or external failures may affect availability from time to time.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swastik AI Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swastik AI Technology from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept those changes.
17. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create risk to users, the platform, or the business.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be approached through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the matter may be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and dispute-resolution procedures.
