Delete Your Account
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@yuvaa.ai from the email address linked to your account (if any), or include the mobile number registered on your Yuvaa AI account.
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
- We will verify your request and process it within a reasonable time.
Prefer to delete just one conversation instead of your whole account? You can do that directly inside the app, any time, from within the relevant agent — no need to email us for that.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, date of birth, gender, pincode, email)
- Your conversation history and messages across all agents
- Uploaded files (medical reports, photos) and any data extracted from them
- Device identifiers used for push notifications
What we may retain, and for how long
We retain certain data beyond account deletion only where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example:
- Payment and transaction records, as required by Indian tax and financial regulations
- Records needed to resolve an active dispute, complaint, or legal obligation
- Security and abuse-prevention logs, retained only as long as necessary for that purpose
This matches Section 11 (Data Retention) and Section 12 (Data Controls) of our Privacy Policy, which governs all data handling in more detail.
